At The Future Cities Institute our members work with Cities and Public Sector Organisations to transform change from a discrete event to be managed, to a core organisational competency that underpins sustainable service delivery and innovation.

This requires more than just rolling out technical solutions, people need to do things differently, which is why we take an integrated approach to Innovation Management, Change Management and Digital Transformation across the organisation using an action-biased collection of modern change management ideas, practices, and tools inspired by Agile, Lean, and Lean Startup thinking to support both social and economic change in city economies.
